NFL Week 2 Schedule and Live Scores

All 16 NFL Week 2 games are listed below, running from September 18 to September 22, 2026, with each kickoff automatically converted to your local timezone. There’s no time-zone math to do and no guessing whether a listing is in ET or your own clock. Once the first game starts, scores on this page update by themselves, and final results stay here afterwards, so the same page works as a Week 2 schedule before kickoff and a live scoreboard through the weekend.

What’s on the Week 2 schedule

Week 2 opens on Friday, September 18 with Detroit Lions vs Buffalo Bills and closes on Tuesday, September 22 with New York Giants vs Los Angeles Rams. The bulk of the slate lands on Sunday, September 20. Headline matchups include Washington Commanders vs Dallas Cowboys, Indianapolis Colts vs Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins vs San Francisco 49ers and New Orleans Saints vs Baltimore Ravens, with division games in Minnesota Vikings vs Chicago Bears, Las Vegas Raiders vs Los Angeles Chargers, Seattle Seahawks vs Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers vs Atlanta Falcons. All 32 teams are in action — byes don’t start until later in the season.

Live scores that update on their own

You don’t need to refresh anything. Each fixture card shows the current score, the game state — scheduled, in progress or completed — and updates as plays happen. It’s a useful single page to keep open on a Sunday if you’re following more than one game at once, or tracking fantasy matchups across the early and late windows.

Kickoff times in your timezone

Times shown are converted to wherever you’re reading from, so a 1:00 PM ET kickoff appears at whatever hour that lands for you. This matters most for the night games, which often fall in the early hours for readers outside North America.

Individual game pages

Every fixture links through to its own page with the live score, both teams’ records going into the game, kickoff time, broadcast and streaming details for how to watch, and our reporting on both sides — injury news, recent form and what the result means for each team.

Where Week 2 sits in the season

Week 2 is where the first real signal emerges. One week of results tells you very little — opening-weekend blowouts and upsets both regress hard — but a second data point starts separating teams that looked good from teams that were merely lucky. It’s also when the first significant injuries of the season reshape depth charts, and when fantasy managers make their earliest waiver and lineup decisions with something to actually go on. Overreactions are still cheap in Week 2; by Week 4 they cost you.
