What Channel Is Cowboys vs Eagles On? 2026 Dates and Times

Dallas and Philadelphia play twice in the 2026 season, and the two fixtures are on different networks at different times. Here’s each one.
The short answer
Monday 26 October — Cowboys at Eagles, 8:15 PM ET, on ESPN.
Thursday 26 November (Thanksgiving) — Eagles at Cowboys, 4:30 PM ET, on FOX.
Neither game is on tonight. The 2026 regular season opens on 9 September, and the first meeting between these two is in Week 7.
Week 7: Monday 26 October, on ESPN
The first fixture is a Monday Night Football game at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, kicking off at 8:15 PM ET.
In other timezones: 7:15 PM CT, 6:15 PM MT, 5:15 PM PT.
Monday Night Football airs on ESPN. To stream it you’ll need ESPN’s own service, or a live TV package that includes the channel — YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, Fubo, DirecTV Stream and Sling all carry it. Some Monday night games are simulcast on ABC, which would make them available over the air, but this one is listed as ESPN.
Week 12: Thanksgiving, 26 November, on FOX
The second meeting is the more prominent of the two: the Cowboys’ traditional Thanksgiving game, at AT&T Stadium, kicking off at 4:30 PM ET.
In other timezones: 3:30 PM CT, 2:30 PM MT, 1:30 PM PT.
This one is on FOX, which is a broadcast network — meaning an antenna picks it up free in most of the country. For streaming, FOX’s games are available through FOX One, or through any live TV package that includes the channel.
It’s worth noting this is the Eagles’ eighth Thanksgiving appearance in franchise history, and their first since 2015. Philadelphia have won six of their seven Thanksgiving games all-time.
Why the two games are on different networks
This confuses people reasonably often, so it’s worth explaining.
The NFL sells its broadcast rights by window, not by team. FOX and CBS split Sunday afternoons, NBC has Sunday night, ESPN has Monday night, Amazon has Thursday night. Which network shows a given game depends on when it’s played and which conference the away team belongs to — not on the teams themselves.
So the same two teams can appear on two different networks in the same season, as Dallas and Philadelphia do here.
Can these dates change?
The Thanksgiving game is fixed. Holiday fixtures are set well in advance and aren’t moved.
The Monday night game in Week 7 is theoretically subject to flexible scheduling, though in practice a Cowboys–Eagles division game is exactly the kind of fixture the league wants in primetime, so a change is unlikely. If anything moved, it would be announced roughly 12 days ahead.
Worth checking the schedule again in the week of the game regardless — that’s true of any NFL fixture from Week 5 onward.
How to watch without cable
For the Thanksgiving game on FOX, an over-the-air antenna is the cheapest legal option and costs nothing per month. FOX is a broadcast network available free in most US markets.
For the Monday night game on ESPN, there’s no free option — ESPN is a cable channel. You’ll need either ESPN’s streaming service or a live TV package that includes it.
Out-of-market viewers can also use NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV for Sunday afternoon games, though neither of these fixtures falls in that window. NFL+ covers local and primetime games on mobile and tablet only.
